Great company to do business with. The hotel industry is a difficult industry with very stern protocol. I think PHG does a great job of running a tight ship and also valuing guest experience and the overall well-being of employees.
One of the worst companies to work for. Managers do not do their job and don't care about the staff or the hotel. Things are broken and never fixed because it cost money. Also corporate doesn't care either, my manager was reported to corporate 5 or more times and she still their doing nothing.

The hotel is lovely, but their policy of holding cost of the entire stay on check-in rather than charging when you check out is horrible. Please do not give them any more business if you can avoid it.
