My only complaint is it took ages for them to own a tower that was visible from my house. Service has been great and any time I had an issue they were quick to track down the problem and explain what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed.

Installation was a couple of hours, but the installer we had was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. Don t usually have trouble with our internet. Only time was during the most recent ice storm and it was only off for a few hours.

This company offers the best internet for rural Oklahoma!! The only time we have a problem with service is when a storm rolls in (which is to be expected, of course). The service is good, friendly, informed and responsive. I wouldn't use any other internet provider outside of city limits!

I have tried Hughes Net & AT&T wireless and both do not hold a candle to ProValue. Having a home office I depend on having a good internet connection. These guys are the real deal. The service is real good and they are always very nice. I tell people about the all the time.

The company's service has been very reliable, and during the October 2020 ice storm related outages the down time was held to a minimum. Their customer service and support has been good when I've needed it, especially when working out my initial equipment set-up. Very satisfied customer!

I was so worried when we moved into our house that we would not have great internet connection living more rural. I was wrong! Provalue has been amazing! The speeds are faster than what we were getting in the city for a very comparable price. Very impressed and would recommend them to anyone!

I live in a rural area and have been using Provalue.net for about 8 years. Before Provalue I was left at the mercy of dial-up. The folks at Provalue are very responsive anytime I have a problem. Speeds are consistent. I highly recommend Provalue if you live out-of-range for DSL or cable service.
