Essentially a drop-shipping company. There is no use in ordering online; if something is delivered and you're not in the office they return the items to their warehouse and credit your account, no second chances!

Terrible terrible service. Staff, although polite, are completely impotent and unable to help any situation, seemingly because of the institutional bureaucracy. Website stock levels are not live. This is a absolutely horrendous company. They have sent me the wrong printer twice now. I have returned it 17days ago and have recieve no info whatsoever about my refund. This has left me hindered not being able to do my work. As a business this is unacceptable. I will never shop here again.
