Terrible terrible service. Staff, although polite, are completely impotent and unable to help any situation, seemingly because of the institutional bureaucracy. Website stock levels are not live. When they can't deliver (because stock is not available when they say it is) refunds to CC takes 48hrs!!! This really is not a business service. At all. not even close. I wish I had read the Google reviews before placing an order. Go to Scan, Probrand, Overclockers...
