Ordered a printer that was showing as in stock on ...

Ordered a printer that was showing as in stock on their website.

After a week, turns out that it wasn't in stock and isn't expected until October.

Okay, I said, cancel the order and refund my money.

PC World says, I can cancel your order but it'll take a couple of days until the money is showing on your account and then you'll have to 'phone us back and request a refund.

What a strange system and a waste of my time.
