Beware of the filter replacements cost before you purchase. Their replacement filters are way overpriced. Their service centre refuses to replace certain parts due to poor quality materials. Very disappointed.

One of the worse customer service i ever experienced, made more than 7 calls to various depts and no one picked up, eventually someone picked up but asked for my number but never call back again. Will have to be careful about buying things from novita again.

Bought the Aroma diffuser (NA90)1 yrs ago from CK Tang as they were running a promo. Since then had been sending in for repair as it will stop working after every 2-3 months used.
Product is really bad & lousy. My advice to others better think twice b4 purchased Novita products.
If there is an option for no star, I would have probably given it.

I paid $1400 for 2 dehumidifiers and they only delivered one. I can't afford to have people wasting my time because they can't be bothered. If you see someone spending so much money, you gotta be more careful than ever. What a bad birthday experience!
