Usual Hilton experience! Great customer service. Super comfortable bed.

Nice room, comfortable bed, horribly noisy air conditioning, indifferent staff.

The first room I stayed in the AC did not work at all so I had to change rooms.
Now, They just informed me that they will be turning off the AC completely tonight for maintenance but never bothered to tell me that when I checked in and paid for the room. How is anyone supposed to sleep without AC??
You should have told me that there won t be AC before i paid for a room, instead of slipping me a note after the fact. Now I have to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute.

Upon check in, front desk staff rude and very unhappy. If you need anything during the night, no one works the desk. As a guest I felt treat like a child. Front desk staff not trained. Save your money

This is the worst hotel I ve ever stayed at in my life. Please do yourself a favor and avoid Hilton like the plague.

Downgraded breakfast again, wifi not so hot on top floors

Room is nice but BEWARE the charge for parking...I paid $30 a day for my rental car and they want $20 a night to park, $23 for valet. There are no other parking options either

This is the best hotel in the valley! Everything about it, is top notch. When I visit the valley, I will never stay anywhere else.

No Breakfast and have to pay for wifi in the rooms. They have a Desk Top in the lobby for public use. The rooms are spacious, Clean and NEAT.

We can't go wrong with the Hilton. Especially this one. We had a 50-year class reunions and a lot of people were served dinner which was delicious and a lot of us stayed at the hotel which was so much fun. With all the people staying there there was never a wait for something you needed period. Like your car. I love good service.

Have been a guest here for the better part of 4 months now, and this place has been great! The hotel and staff have been very accommodating, and my biggest compliment goes to the Valet guys out front! While I use the self-park, the Valet guys always recognize me and speak...makes it feel a bit like home! My morning isn't complete until I have my daily conversation with Maurice...what an outstanding representative of the Hilton name. Restaurant has a small menu, but the food is good, and there are several good restaurants within a short walk. My only complaint would be the fact that there are not ice machines on every floor...minor inconvenience for an outstanding hotel.

Really nice, clean room. Bed was really comfortable, felt like I was on a cloud.very easy to find the hotel and the valet was very quick to get our car,very nice attentive people they have working there.

Blanket were smelly. No water. Somebody knocked on my door 3 times a day, once I opened the door they said sorry . I was tired and asleep but they kept knocking. Didn't enjoy my stay overall at this hotel.

Great place! The front desk expierence was one of the most hospitable that I've ever dealt with. The renovated room was nice and clean. Ordered food and a drink from the restaurant and bar which was good. It was a great experience for me.

Stayed here many times over the years. Always a good experience. Room is standard Hilton, but with a larger TV than most. Comfortable bed, clean room, okay sized bathroom. Good location. Concierge room has not been open for a while... not sure why.

Service room need to improving, should be put 2 water Bottles daily

Recently renovated. Room was nice, but the shower was lacking. Service is variable - great check-in, but a less than great check-out. Parking is a little funky. It's only a short walk to the hotel, but construction in the area doesn't make it easy.

This is a fantastic hotel. Both me and my family have stayed here over the years and they accommodate you the way you expect to be accommodated. You will not go wrong staying here for business or pleasure.

I work in the building next door and I am here on a weekly; typically working out of the Runway Restaurant. Half the reason I like coming here is because of the staff. I don't know how well Hilton treats their employees, but the staff could not be a more pleasant group of people. Love this place.

Excellent accommodation but overpriced food and drinks at their restaurant I suggest go to BJs right next to hotel way better menu and prices

Great staff, especially Ann who was always exceptionally helpful. Newly renovated hotel, comfortable bed, clean room (although Housekeeping did miss a few things left behind by the previous guest). Good food at the on-site restaurant. Executive breakfast and hors d'oeuvres were just okay.

Was here for a meeting. The meeting rooms are a nice size and the set up was well done. We had some snacks- sliders, watermelon squares with mint and cheese, and an assortment of deserts in spoons. Lemonade and water to drink. The food was very good.

The only drawback... self-parking was $12.95 for 2 hours

The hotel in itself is really nice and clean and in some parts, quite pretty. However, I had a terrible experience as a guest. The service was really bad and it was magnified even more by their inability to accommodate any needs for a baby. I do not recommend this as a place to stay.

I have been going here since I was a newborn!! The workers r family!! Always trying to help u!!! Awesome place. Plus they have tennis courts on the roof!!! My mother told me when I was a newborn and we had to leave our house for acouple of months we would go here and have fun and idk but lol cool, place and very nostoglic! Also SO MANY LIKE SECRET ROOMS AND SUCH A PROFESSIONAL PLACE TO WORK AND LIVE AND YEAH, AWESOME!! They r awesome, and cool elavators.

Worst Hotel ever, there was a fire near my house and had to leave due to evacuation, called Hilton spoke to April reserved a room and April told me room will be ready in 30 minutes. Drove 45 minutes from my house to come here and the front desk guy worker was being rude he made us wait while he was flirting with some guests after he was done and we got his attention, we politely asked the guy to check us in and when he asked for our reservation number he told us there is no rooms available and April the lady for reservation made a mistake chose the wrong dates! I asked if he can give us a room since there was a mistake on their end he flat out said NO . We then left the hotel went elsewhere that accepted us & we still got charged for Hilton. I had to call Hilton corporate to remove the charges! Literally biggest headache. DON'T COME HERE ! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! This place is HELLTON not Hilton!

The staff here is really friendly! Room service does a good job. The breakfast on site is pretty decent. Enjoyed my stay here. Parking is $20 that is about the only drawback, and there is no pool on site. Bathroom was on the small side. Very clean facility, good Wi-Fi, business center and good enough gym. Close to the highway and lots of shopping and eating options in the area.

Very nice place. It is hardly seen from the street. We had problem to get to reception.

Everything was very nice and the service was very good. The room was spacious and cute. The only thing I did not like very much was the bathtub, the placement was a bit strange.

The hotel was great and their new bar/cafe looks very modern. Had the breakfast and enjoyed the amazing selection. The staff were pleasant and courteous. Will be staying here again.

Hotel was neat and clean, rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. Not a fan of having to pay to park in LA, but the parking was very close.

Large, beautiful and purposefully furnished rooms. Everything was very clean. Unfortunately a little too loud (noises from the hall very good to hear). I had to change the room as there was a very loud humming sound (like from a transformer), unfortunately that was also heard in the second room, if only quietly. Otherwise, everything was best, ev. Would come back.

Room and digital key were ready before arrival time. Covered self parking. Room was clean, beautifully appointed, comfortable, nice west valley view. Coffee in room. Comfortable beds. Bathroom amenities. Great HD TV. Noon checkout. :)

Small space parking sucks and meeting room needs upgrades

Beautiful hotel with an amazing mountain view to the north. Staff: desk clerks, valets, bartenders, and housekeeping are wonderful. Ask for Nelson, Ogi, Chris for your valets. Adel and Jason are wonderful bartenders! Wonderful, pleasant experience overall! Loved staying there! Stayed 3 weeks. Service was impeccable the entire time.

The room never got cool enough but the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was overpriced, but tasted fine. I hated the pillows, they weren't soft at all.

Banquet staff was not accommodating at all. Restaurant food was incredibly disappointing.

Hotel was beautiful. The waitress at breakfast was amazing, very nice to talk to.

For banquets and formal functions, this hotel serves as a great venue to throw an event. A beautiful hall catered with great service lies within a welcoming, modern building. Subtracted one star for too-expensive parking.

Clean and pleasant. The ballroomwas pretty cold, so bring a sweater if your attending a conference.

This hotel would get a higher rating from me if they removed the huge penalty to park, dollar sign.

Very nice hotel with hip, stylized modern rooms and common areas. Grand entrance way and very nice bar. Ann at the front desk took particularly good care of an otherwise frustrating experience and as a road warrior/status member that extra effort makes me want to come back more. Only downside to the property is the parking is a shared public deck.

I had some friends that had a room here. I thought the rooms were very nice and acommodating. Front lobby and restaurant are very upscale and ultra clean.
