This is truly a fun-for-all event.

I was looking for something fun to do to with my sisters. Because I live near Woodinville wine country, I started looking for a Painting/Wine class. My 5 Sisters were all in, but not the hubbies.

Then I found MoltenWorks Glass Studio. And suddenly we went from 5 people wanting to go ... to 10. Not sure if it was the idea of fire and melting glass that brought the guys on board, that didn't matter, I was glad that everyone was excited about doing it.

Their website was easy to navigate, I booked the group for the Friday evening class.

When we all arrived our work table was reserved and set up all the tools needed. Then a quick 15 minute introduction to the process and we were off.

Everyone's pieces turned out great, thanks to the instructors stopping by the table and helping us out.

The comment I got from everyone was "let me know when you want to do this again, I'm in! "

My team from work went here for a group activity. The guys were helpful in explaining the process and had some good tips for making some neat glass art. They had a variety of things you could make - plates, coasters, candle holders, etc. There was quite of bit of materials and tools to use and there were some "upgrades" available for purchase.

Tons of fun for a date night. Bought a groupon for two to try it out. You get a lesson in glass cutting and shaping and then you get to choose what type of masterpiece to make. You have the ability to upgrade to larger pieces but the pieces you get through the groupon are varied. Highly recommend!

I bought a sip and pour off Groupon because it seemed different. My girlfriend and I had a lot of fun. I am not an artistic person but they made the process simple enough for even me.

They provide plenty of unique materials and even have ideas on hand for you. Bring a bottle of wine, they provide glasses and bottle opener.

I definitely recommend this for a date night or if you just want to do something different.

Hosted a work event here. Last time we went it was BYOB. Without being informed otherwise, this time we did the same. When we arrived we were harshly informed. That needs to go to your car now, we serve here. Not very welcoming to say the least. This made me not purchase anything from their little bar area. Next time try informing people otherwise. Or at least in a much nicer way. You might attract more business to your bar that way.
Class itself was good.

This was such a fun experience! I attended the Sip n Fuse class using a Groupon and was so glad I did. The instructors were very knowledgeable, the studio was immaculate, and making a fused glass plate was so much fun! I ll definitely be returning to make another piece.

1st time here, great experience -will be back! A nice environment, friendly owners that educate, support, and provide a fun atmosphere and plenty of supplies and inspiration to get your creative juices flowing. Ability to bring your own snacks and wine was nice too and could be partially responsible for creativity flowing!!

If you enjoy making your own art and seeing result into a melted glass piece, this is the place you can look into. I noticed there are folks bringing alcohol in, and they come with group of people or just a couple. Looks like a fun place to host a party with your friends, because they allow you to BYOB while making glass art with your friends and/or family. The place will have instructors on site, who will show you and help you if you have Q&A. Worth to check out!

Very nice fusion glass studio where you can take classes and learn how to make all kinds of cool pieces such as yard arts, plates, bowls, vases, lanterns, waves. .. very reasonable prices classes, very friendly people working there. There're also pieces for sale for a good price. Highly recommend this place, I'd definitely take some classes there.

I fell in love with glass fusing the first time we came! We first checked out MoltenWorks on a whim with a GroupOn. Melissa was an amazing instructor and very welcoming. She was super helpful in giving as much or as little input on projects as we wanted and encouraging of all participants. I've been coming back at least twice a month since then and have purchased a membership. The instruction is always great, the other employees and Kevin the owner are all very creative and make sure it is always an amazing experience. It's definitely a unique opportunity for creating and one I would highly recommend.

Such a fun place to go! I absolutely say try this place out, I will be going back. Super relaxing atmosphere, the gentleman leading the class was fun and upbeat making the whole experience great! One thing, I didn't really go with much idea of what I wanted to do. Next time I will take a pattern or have a better idea of what I want to do on the plate.

A great experience, although you only have one hour to complete your final work. For some, it was a bit stressful trying to finish before the time ran out. If time was not a factor, this would be the perfect place to go and just let yourself make whatever you want to out of glass.

Love this experience!! We always go to the sip n fuse events. Go have fun, be crafty, and make a cute glass piece. There are instructions, examples, templates, tools, safety goggles, everything you need. They just opened their own little bar. I kind of enjoyed bringing our own, but the beer and wine were good, and convenient too. We came from Groupon at least two years ago, and keep going back. Since it's so hands on and includes a little bit of destruction it seems to be enjoyable for the husband's and dads our there. Definitely worth a visit if you like crafting and making things with your hands.

Updated with the completed plate.

I've been to Moltenworks 5 times now and every time has been awesome. The owner starts the sip n' fuse classes with about 15 minutes of instruction and demonstration of using the tools. The idea of making fused glass art was intimidating at first, but the staff are all knowledgeable and offer ideas and tips to help you resolve any issues you might have with your creation. It's a very creative environment and every time I've gone the people around me have been really fun and encouraging. I can't recommend this place enough.

While I have enjoyed creating here in the past, I'm not sure I will be back. Artists, which the owners claim to be, are supposed to stand for something. They're the ones we look to for understanding and inspiration when times are tough (hello, 2020).

I have periodically checked their social media and website presence - absolutely nothing has been posted in support of pride month, Black and brown lives (Black history month, Asian Pacific history month, Indigenous history month, Latinx history month), their role in community outreach/impact, etcetera.

But we've all been made aware on how we can continue to support them financially "during these trying times".

Silence in the face of violence is the antithesis of artistry. The BIPOC and POC who come in and support your business deserve better. Your community deserves better. .

Perfect venue for outings for work, date night or soothing time for yourself.
The crew and owners are some of the best people I know. They can build your confidence to go for it, when you doubt your creative side. Always a fun time! Live music, drinks, and great opportunity to meet others and your creative side. We even went so far as to do a few double dates there and had an amazing extremely enjoyable time. What initially might look like a hot mess as I say, turns to gold in the kiln. Best presents have been made here and our decision to become members has us going out regularly. Love this place! Thanks Kevin, Melissa, Jen and Amy.

We had a great time here and loved how our projects turned out!! The short instruction session was very helpful and left us with plenty of time to work on our own.
The cider was yummy and they had other drink options at their little bar.
I would love to come back and make more glass projects!

First time I've been to this studio but, it was the best glass studio I've been too. Most studios are stingy with their glass, this studio was so opposite that and had so many different types of glass to choose from! My daughter and I had so much fun while we were there, we each made a nightlight and a coaster. The owner is great as well, very friendly and helpful. Love that they have so many events too. Will be coming here with my hubby for date night!

Great place for a family outing. Good experience. Instructor was pleasant. Got it through a living social deal. They mixed up one of our pieces and we had to go back again to get it. I'd like to take off half a star for that but I cant. Overall good experience. Would go again.
