Incredibly large campus with buildings that provide a fair amount of natural lighting. Very spacious with an open office concept. Good mix of office space and the natural environment which includes trees, wood works and tables, etc. Very walkable. Somewhat close to local stores and food.

Very nice guest reception building with a merchandise store and very open feel: high ceilings, grand hallways, etc.

A must-see place to visit to know something about Microsoft!

Microsoft Campus is impressive. It's clean, big, and have many different things to look. The trails around the campus are also very well cleaned. Totally the best campus I saw in my life.

Cluster of idiots working here especially Borris Erickson, Andreas Holbrook, and Jason Coon of the enforcement team. Microsoft is going downhill and bringing more and more people over to Sony.

The bus stops in this neighborhood are great. People leave umbrellas bikes and unregistered Starbucks cards.

A complaint about an employee... Jessica Stanley (Wenbourne) an executive administrative assistant for Microsoft involves herself in cyber harassment in which she claims to "know" the victim in which she does not. She makes false statements to cause a riot. The one time I met jessica she was out of control screaming and yelling in front of my children telling me to get out of the car and flailing her arms... She is a mother and professional and yet neither of those appear to be in her personality trait and I'm shocked to know someone with such a title at Microsoft exists. Quite a disappointment.

Worst customer service ever. Microsoft has $3062.40 of my hard-earned money (charged to my Amex), but I don't have my Surface Book 2 (15"). I ordered on 11/12/2017, charged to my card on 11/15/2017. They sent wrong Surface Book (13-1/4") and have yet to make things right. Seven hours talking to their horrid Philippine-based C.S., writing letters, sending documentation. No resolution. So they have my money and I do not have my Surface Book 2. On the verge of filing a lawsuit against them, that may be the only way I get traction.

Took money out of my account for a service I didn't purchase and won't refund my money and it has been over a month now.
Update going past month 2 and have finally contacted the Better Business Bureau to help with my refund. SMH

Very different workplace - open offices and a great campus with cafes, restaurants, basketball and soccer fields and many places to get out of the stuffy office desk environment and get the head clear again. The Microsoft campus is a very good example for how to gain high productivity - which is definitely not by locking up employees in cubicles without daylight for the maximum number of hours... :-)

I play rugby there weekly with some Microsoft employee's and it a great campus.

Had to play Windows 7 again, suddenly the key was invalid. Only activation by phone was possible for Windows 10 with 3 selection options: one expensive, one only from the landline and the SMS option not available. In the afternoon you could only hear English telephone support, which you almost don't understand. Could now buy me a Windows 7 key again. Unprofessional how money is made here. I won't do Windows 10 right away.

Took the Tour many years ago, great then most likely grand now. Would recommend if not far away in journeying take time to view and learn. Worth half-day plus travel (whole day) to enjoy. Mic Pete Ririe, ID USA

As an IT Director I left disappointed. I wanted to see server racks, I wanted a full tour, I wanted to leave Geekgasming and I didn't. A small visitors center and then a store. I still had to buy some swag though. Oh, and parking is a nightmare.

A place where software is booming. Inspiring buildings with very good infrastructure and highly motivated employees. I want to come back

Microsoft help was atrocious in the early 1990s. Now it's even worse. You think they'd learn over a couple of decades. Specifically, I couldn't download a product I have the product key for, nor would they let me unless I paid $40 to restore a user account that they had deleted for "inactivity." Buyer beware!

Clean and well kept, is a common tourist spot. Of course most of the traffic here are employees and vendors.

As a tourist the best times to come are weekends when you can get that perfect picture without all the traffic.

Tested a copy of a game and they stole $2,000 of games to ban my account. This is some pre-Magne Carte stuff. Do better, Microsoft. A 60 day ban would've made your point.

I love working here as a cook, I rarely had any issues with anyone.
