Excellent care received at the Vidanta Resort in the Riviera Maya. Excellent care and treatment of all your staff, from first to last. Very, very kind, attentive and helpful. They make you feel at home. It is one of the greatest merits they have.
I will return without any doubt.

The truth is, a very good hotel, I've already gone to the one in Vallarta and now I'm in Cancun. I really like the hotel and everything, but they should improve the little pieces of wood on the bridges, since my mom sprained her ankle after tripping on a piece of wood.

Really awesome and the people are nice! Be warned that they you have to pay to go into town ($50 usd one way) so you're essentially stuck if you want to save money. But the stuff they have inside is cool (big pool) so there's that which is nice.

Just leaving the place. Good place for family wouldnt recommend it much for younger crowd since its very closed in by that i mean you are far from everything, store, clubs, bars, cancun etc. The pools are very nice and the food is super expensive. If yiu visit bring alot of mosquito repelente.
