Popular place for Review Centers but the building is not designed for such large crowds. The stair are to narrow, elevator are too small and the room doors are too small.
For me this hotel is very nice. my room is 817 and almost have no problem with anything. i love the design and some of the spot where you can take a lot of pictures. more important, this hotel is close with the drug store and groceries, they have laundry place, overall i love to stay here
Dorm room for four has only four electrical socket. Slow service. Our doorknob has problem they won't fix it. We have asked for water delivery and it has been a week and still no water despite constant reminder. There is free WiFi but connecting is very hard and once connected speeders very slow.
The accomodation is great, also the staffs are very cordial and knowledgeable! Furthermore its very affordable for a sudden visit.

The building is fairly new. Our room was clean. Wifi connection was good. Close to St Luke's Hospital, Robinson's Magnolia, and Mt Carmel Church. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.
