Too many useless calls back and forth for a simple problem. LeasePlan prefers to sent you multiple roadside assistance to jump start the car every other day rather than just having the battery once for all. Just waisting customer time here.. and your work productivity will be impacted!
Took them 6 hours to approve my tires even after my company called and told them to change them. Then they told the tire company to hold my truck for another PO to change the oil. My company is now seeking away out of the contract with lease plan.
