A nice lunch. Very professional waiters and sommeliers. The lunch menu is excellent, the value for money for lunch very correct.
A magnificent setting.
If you are passing through Bordeaux and you want to do a gastronomy, I highly recommend it.

Perfect harmony with the wines proposed by the sommelier!
A single false note (if you want nibbling): a pepper roll with much too much pepper that has won the taste of the dishes that followed.
