We came looking for a way to incorporate my 30-year-old wedding ring into a new design to include my mother s engagement diamond. Serina helped us search for a couple of hours for something that would work and then Stan joined us and was able to come up with a custom design that was just what I had in mind. They designed it on the computer and then 3D printed it so that I could try it on and see what it would look like and make any changes if I wanted. The ring turned out beautifully!

I left two rings here early March with Bob to be reset, a 12 baguette, 2 carat wedding band, quote $1500 to reset horizontally (as they originally came from the Manhattan jeweler) and a tourmaline into a baguette setting. The tourmaline came out beautifully in less than 2 weeks. I didn t hear anything for three months about the wedding band. In August, 5 months later, they informed they couldn t do the job because the baguettes were Not matched to be set horizontally ?! This ring was originally bought set horizontally I wanted it restored to its original state. Clearly they don t know what they are doing after 5 months! Frustrated, I asked Bob why they waited 5 months to alert me. No answer. Trying again I asked why he couldn t restore it to its original design. No answer. Rude and not service oriented. Nope.

The pieces turned out beautifully and I could not be more pleased with the skill, the dedication to getting it just right, and the professionalism of every member of the staff that I interacted with.
LA Masters made the most beautiful, stunning, amazing generational ring from my moms 80th birthday. I shopped three different jewlers but went with their team for many reasons I felt very comfortable and not pressured by their sales staff. I communicated my wants and desires for my mom s ring which had eight different birthstones and they made my vision come to life I received excellent customer service from their sales associate Mackenzie Foerster. I had a specific budget and they worked within the budget and exceeded my expectations! My mom said she will never take the ring off her finger and absolutely loves it.

These guys take really good care of us! Had an amazing experience with Bob helping us out last minute before our wedding day...then when we came to pick up the ring, It had a whole new level of shine and brilliance! I am so happy and satisfied with the work LA masters did for me and my ring! I am newly engaged and had my engagement ring ordered online, went to get it resized at another jeweler and it was only complications from there. My stones on the band kept falling out (replaced numerous time) and the band itself bent so easily and was so misshapen from all the time I got it caught in anything from a sweater, to a zipper on my purse! I took it to LA masters and they were very helpful with what the best decision was to make my ring beautiful and strong! We decided to completely change the band and did a custom repair on it, and they had it ready in less than 2 weeks. I just got my ring back today and it it absolutely perfect and I am so happy with it! Thank you to everyone who helped there, the staff was also amazing. Very happy!
My fiance and I went in to La Masters Fine Jewelry and worked with Bob. He was so patient and pleasant. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, a rose gold ring with a pink morganite center stone. Since morganite is a gemstone with various shades, Bob was able to bring in a couple different gemstones for me to choose from. Our dilemma, was we selected ring and stone much too late to have it arrive by wedding date, but Bob and staff were very accommodating and let us use the floor model until my ring arrived.
Once back home, we went to pick up ring and it was so beautiful. The center stone was a perfect compliment to the rose gold engagement ring. Our experience here was so easy and stress free.

Amazing Service! I went in three days before needing my project completed. I wanted my grandmas signature engraved on a heart for my moms mother s day gift. The quality of the signature was poor but they were able to make it work! The heart is beautiful and the engraving is perfect! They also helped me stay on budget. I highly recommend this place for any memory keepsake project.

Leah was extremely helpful In showing me options, advising on sizing, and helping troubleshoot moving my current stone to a new setting. I needed a new chain for a diamond cross and everything they had wouldn t fit without the jeweler removing the end clasp and then putting the cross on and resecuring the clasp. They were super busy but still did it and I got out in record time. Thanks!
When I brought my grandfather s wedding band resized I was a bit worried about sizing down because the inside of the band is engraved and I did not want to lose that. Leah and the rest of the staff were very friendly and ensured me that the ring would come out just like new, which it did!
The baguette ring looks more beautiful than when I first bought it, in March 2020. A Diamond had fallen out of the setting. My Daughter was wearing the ring and in late July was involved in a motorcycle accident which is what caused the Diamond to fall out of the setting. My Daughter spent a total of six weeks in Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. I am thankful for my 25 year old Daughters life. Picking up the ring was very significant for me and my Daughter and the wonderful service at La Masters was the icing on the cake.

I was treated terribly here and they insisted on selling me an overpriced, low-quality diamond likely because I'm young and they thought I didn't know any different. They don't care about the quality of the jewelry, but instead on how much they can get out of you.
They lied about the size of the diamond that could fit in my ring. They lied about what diamonds they actually had to sell me. After I called their bluff by purchasing a diamond elsewhere they pulled out a similar diamond from their safe (just days after) and attempted to sell it to me for less. WHERE WAS THIS DIAMOND A COUPLE DAYS AGO AND WHY ARE YOU SELLING IT TO ME FOR $500 CHEAPER THAN A SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE DIAMOND. I specifically asked for a smaller size and they insisted that they didn't have any and that they would have to modify my ring to fit a smaller diamond -- this was a lie because my other jewelry fit in a smaller diamond with no problems.
They also nickel and dime you on extra services which should come with purchasing a ring, i.e. an appraisal. Also, I had the ring sized and it was way too big and I could see the crease in the band where they re-sized it.
Overall, I was very displeased with their services. Specifically with Stan since he talks about how he loves to put smiles on peoples faces yet scams everyone that walks in the door. Sorry, but I will NEVER do business with you again and highly recommend nobody else does either!

These people are only nice to you if you are looking to spend ridiculous amounts of cash on a ring (I guess that's somewhat subjective, but I think you understand what I mean). They'll slap you with backhanded comments if your jewelry didn't come from them. The employees under 30 are congenial, but their older employees are jerks. I had a bad experience 11 years ago with them when I decided to buy a much better ring elsewhere, they even offered to "copy" the design and make it for me much MUCH cheaper than they had originally wanted. I thought I'd try again, but they're still the same jerks. Same rude guy working there too, just with 11 more years of bitterness.

My prescription sunglasses we're missing a screw I asked them if they could repaired it they said no but gave me the best referral right down the street. I have been going to La masters for 10 years and have never had a problem. I just picked up my Grandmother's wedding ring from being sized so I can wear it and it's gorgeous. Walking through work I had so many people notice the sparkle and the shine, getting so many compliments already. I deal with Bob quite a bit by chance, he is always so happy to help. Talked to Stan today and he did a quick little watch chain repair for me. I will always take my jewelry to La Masters. I was ELATED when they helped me find the value of my ring after losing all the paper in one of my moves. Worth more than twice I bought it for! and they shined it up for me while I waited, too! I came to La Masters with a very sentimental ring that needed repair. All of my options were explained with such care and patience. This ring belonged to my mother who, unfortunately, passed away 6 months ago. I became emotional a few times and was treated with such kindness. I asked about 10000 questions and never felt rushed or pressured. I ended up shopping and was super impressed with their selection. I ve been a rock hound almost my entire life. They have a great selection of diamonds but they also carried a good amount of more rare gemstones. It was fun to chat about these stones with people that really knew about gemstones! This is so rare in the jewelry world. They also had a wide range of less expensive jewelry that made it easy for me to treat myself! I will definitely be back.
