I have been going to La masters for 10 years and have never had a problem. I just picked up my Grandmother's wedding ring from being sized so I can wear it and it's gorgeous. Walking through work I had so many people notice the sparkle and the shine, getting so many compliments already. I deal with Bob quite a bit by chance, he is always so happy to help. Talked to Stan today and he did a quick little watch chain repair for me. I will always take my jewelry to La Masters. I was ELATED when they helped me find the value of my ring after losing all the paper in one of my moves. Worth more than twice I bought it for! and they shined it up for me while I waited, too! Love you guys!
