Do not trust this company. They lie and fabricate information to keep you stringing along..iv had an issue with my freezer and was told your engineer will b there to fix. He came, said it needs parts ordered. I called bk on Monday got told same . Yesterday got told same. Today I get tod is no parts are on order, your out of warranty and we wnt b doing anything. Yet my stock has been limited and some ruined again. This company just lie and have no interest in previous customers. Just new ones they can con more money out off..shocking .don't trust them dont buy from them u will regret. The owner doesn't care abt his customers or what kind of service they provide. These guys are not leaders. They are cowboys

The whole purchasing process, from ordering to delivery was very simple.
Delivery was safe and quick.

Ordered a freezer 12 days ago with a advertised next working day leadtime, there is no sign of the order and every call asking for an update I'm given no information apart from 'I don't know'
I believe the order was taken without it being in stock and have been given misinformation all along. Very Poor and would not recommend using this company for equipment.

Following on, just heard the item never existed but took my order - utterly incompetent company.

The remote chillers offered by KoolMax are a great investment. I was really pleased with the energy saving remote chiller I invested in. It is easy to use and is affordable.

This company is in absolute shambles.
Called them up early Monday morning to schedule our system for a service they said they ll get to me either by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.
I had to call them Thursday night for them to tel me over the phone nothing has been scheduled and then wouldn t reschedule it over the phone.
I could have already had another company come out to service our system.

Truly satisfied with the products
I ordered a double door refrigerator but I was a bit hesitant at first. I thought the quality will not be good but I was proved wrong. It has been working smoothly for a year already.

Awesome service by the support team
I was having a few issues with the user manual of the fridge I bought from them. I tried calling them but they did not pick up. Then I went to the website and their support team guided me with patience.

Spent over 30k with these people and 13 months later 1 commercial fridge went and I had to pay 5k to fix it as it was "out of warranty"
Few years later I bought more fridges, asked for grey and they delivered white
Less than a year later one of them broke and even though it is within 12 months they have said "out of warranty "

The shop fitting service offered by Koolmax is among the best you can find. It is efficient and affordable. They have a professional and knowledgeable team that is able to deliver excellent results on time.

I ordered 4 fridges. Only one turns up with a European plug. I called Koolmax and spoke to someone who refused to help me without an order number. The company name and address wasnt enough. He gave me an incorrect email address and then finally put the phone down on me. So here I am with one fridge I can't use, still waiting for 3 fridges and a company that won't help.

Avoid at all cost. We have been returnig the fridge as it wasn't the one we wanted. They have deducted certain amunt of money from the refound just becasue we have decided to return it, plus they charged us for the delivery people who were collecting it. What is more the displey window was smashed durig the delivery and they want to charge us for that as well. I just have read a comment where someone was complaining abot their delivery people as well. I wish I have never used their services.

The Milano Multidecks offered by KoolMax are a great investment. I was highly satisfied by the appliance that was delivered.

Stay clear. Spent 15k on refrigeration and all went faulty within guarantee limit because they were only filled with minimum gas.

Engineer couldn't speak English. Had to communicate via interprato in a pass the buck culture.

I caught engineer once releasing the gas on one remote unit and he tried to blame it on a leak.

Pathetic sub standard goods.

It was easy to order my Disply fridge and was delivered very quickly, Good quality.

Avoid. Purchased a fridge and became defective after 8 months. Totally disinterested in correcting the fault. Rubbish service and poor merchandise.

The order procedure was extremely simple and efficient, and the process through to delivery went very smoothly. I can't think of anything pertinent to suggest to improve the process.

I have order two display freezer.one chest freezer and two glass door freezer as well.the chest freezer working well two glass door freezer worked only few days then gone.no reason.i have report to KOOLMAX GROUP.they told me will arange engineer to sort this problem. Almost three days from reported.still i didn't see anyone.

Shambolic. Failed to turn when specified. Clueless delivery drivers smashed the fridge on the way into the building. Initially, Koolmax refused to take responsibility, blaming the drivers. They then said they would refund minus the delivery cost. They then said they would refund and kept me waiting for a month. Eventually called the card company who forced a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent customer service. I will surely be using them again. Keep up the good work!

Communication not great . Would think twice about using again especially as original item delivered was badly damaged and it has taken lots of calls by me to get anywhere with arranging a replacement.Still not a resolved issue.

Don't use! They don't stick to their delivery times and make up a new excuse every time. My item went from 3-5 working days, to 3 weeks, to 8 weeks. I then requested a refund when they were losing me money. They made no effort to compensate me and lost me completely as a customer. I just hope they refund my money with no problem!!!
