Very poor customer service bought freezer from this company with 28 days warranty

Company would not send out engineer after 13 weeks told me ring other number they will sort out
For 13 weeks they just keep me waiting then telling me to ring other number and was told it s not their responsibility
What a customer service
If you want to waste your money and time then buy from this company
