They will not give referrals if you have a lawsuit against Swedish. I personally investigated. If you want to sue Swedish ypu will get no help. Clearly Swedish shakes hands with the kcba. The governor needs to investigate the kcba

They had us pay a fee in order for them to send referrals for the type of lawyer we need but no one has contacted us for the past couple of days. They were more concerned on how we will make the payment rather than actually helping.
I only give one star because there is no zero option.

Do NOT seek any legal assistance. Calling any other Bar Association will result in more help. They fail to interview and then provide referrals based on no interview. Its a recipe to fail.
Great bar association with wonderful pro bono programs and training for attorneys.
