They send confirmation emails that seats are reserved when they do not have sufficient seats available, their staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, and when they make a mistake with bookings they try to force the cancellation fee...
A clean office building. The Tennozu Isle itself is a little inconvenient, and there are no attractive facilities around.
