Like stepping back in time, an old school stuffy firm.
If you do decide to use them, or worse still, you have to use them. Be ready for incredibly slow and mostly unfriendly service.

Lack of communication from this firm. You can call and leave messages every day for a week and not get a reply.
Emails are rarely answered, you really have to persevere to get any response.
When I did get hold of the Partner dealing with the issue he made promises which he didn't keep. When I asked for an update one month after the deadline I was told not to ask again. 3 months later no news.
Not just poor service, hostile service.
Interestingly I recognise a few of the names below giving glowing reviews!
