DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. This company are a bunch of criminals. They send confirmation emails that seats are reserved when they do not have sufficient seats available, their staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, and when they make a mistake with bookings they try to force the cancellation fee on the customer with no compensation for time and money lost.
A clean office building. The Tennozu Isle itself is a little inconvenient, and there are no attractive facilities around.
Fuji mountain tour review - April 30, 2019
1. The highlight - No Mount Fuji on a Mount Fuji tour, the tour company didn t have the basic decency to cancel the tour or inform the group ahead that there will be no Mount Fuji on the Mount Fuji tour - although they knew ahead!
2. The tour guide was unprofessional and not informative, definitely not worth paying for.
3. Tour company s customer service was clueless - my wife got sick and a few days ahead we asked the customer service to change the date of the tour and got refused. Than we asked to change the pickup point to another pickup point from the ones they offer and got refused again.
The bottom line is that this tour felt like a scam, the worse part is not the 300 USD that was not refunded but the fact that they wasted my time - stay away.
Although it is a travel agency, it is JTB's inbound specialized travel agency.
General travel is not handled, but there are MICE, sports and events.
Working with JTB for nearly 20 years, this is the first time coming to VP for re-HD
