V V slow delivery. Already late two weeks beyond scheduled date of delivery. This seems to be a persistent problem.
Some of the products are just not worth the money that we are paying for them. Other times, the vendors are unable to honor the delivery dates.
It's quite a mixed bag. They need to be more stringent about whose products they are curating . By and large, the priced are way off the mark
Jaypore products are extremely below standard.The fabric of the products is faded and of very poor quality.Was a very bad experience will NEVER order again!!

Very happy with items I've purchased, which is good because their return process is a challenge. Sometimes it takes awhile for items to ship as they come from a third party, but the timeline is true to what is in the item description.
They take ages and ages to if there is any exchange or to deliver an order
The products are good but some of their vendor partners are bad merchants. Often times the "COD" option is not honored by the vendors . Then the vendors ( 60% occurrences ) delivered the products in 12-13 weeks instead of 2-3 weeks. Then there are other vendors who delivered the products in 3-4 days...
Quality of the product is not matching the price charges. A 1220 INR worth Kurta was stitched in a hurry by some roadside tailor with label not in place & buttons loose & no proper fitting. Also they did not remove the markings from the cloth. First & Last buy for me.
