Rating: 1/5 My experience with Inventx AG in Chur was quite mixed, bordering on negative. The initial phone screening was surprisingly brief—less than ten seconds, I’d guess—which felt more like a formality than a genuine connection, though the rejection was handled politely enough. However, the actual interview told a different story. I felt a consistent lack of warmth and interest from the start. The management present seemed visibly bored, adopting a relaxed, almost dismissive posture that suggested they couldn't be bothered. They scrutinized my entire CV and career history, even questioning my previous roles, and asked for references before any real engagement was established. What really turned me off was the revelation that the probationary period is "particularly strict." It left me wondering why they had even invited me in the first place, especially when later discussions (without the management team) revealed they were desperate for reinforcements due to recent staff departures. Yet, despite this urgent need, there was no real sense of commitment or genuine interest in me as a candidate. It was a difficult and underwhelming process.

J. M. was very accommodating and was able to answer my questions very precisely.

Inventx AG in Chur offers a fantastic work environment with a really positive spirit. The leadership team, including the CEO and owners, is visionary and truly inspiring. The hiring process was professional and went smoothly. My only suggestion for improvement is regarding management development; while the managers are capable, the company could address personnel challenges more swiftly rather than taking a slower, targeted approach.
