Save yourself. Do not do business w this franchise. They are clueless. Trust me. If you choose to do business there is no doubt you will leave. Weak .. this office won t be open long Launch Logistics is a complete joke

We paid $1,700 for a Private FTL Shipment and the truckline shipped it with other freight. When notified Unishippers acknowledge the truckline could not do that. I asked for a Discount since it now shipped LTL common freight they called back and said Sorry the truckline said No.

I told them this was Fraud and Not to charge my Credit Card, I sent emails with pics of shared freight on my Private truck.

Once again they said that was a Violation of the Bill of Lading and I stated I would turn them into my bank for Fraud and not to pay the bill, I would see the truckline in court. They said it was going up to Senior managers.

Unishippers was sneaky and waited several weeks before they invoiced and charge my card for the freight bill. When confronted with this fact, they apologized and said Yes, a Private FTL truck can not be used for other freight. They said they had already paid the truckline and there was nothing they could do.

We ship 2 or 3 times a day and only after I actually pulled my business did they come back and offer me a $400 discount.

I told them on day one I would have been happy with $400 but after the trucking company took advantage of me and Unishippers lied to me and repeatedly said there was nothing they could. It wasnt until they faced losing a volume account, did they do anything.

Be careful, they will give you a good rate but any problems or claims and you are on your own!

I told them to keep their $400 and switched to Echo Global, who beat their rate by 10%, so in the end I am glad as this will save me Serious $$$ a month in freight charges.

Of course, I am also opening a Fraud case with Credit Card and reporting this transaction to BBB. Buyer be Ware!

I have been shipping furniture nationwide eight years and gone through six different shipping companies that each struggled and were unintelligent with the difficult shipping game we are forced to play. What a breath of fresh air it is To have finally found unishippers. The entire team is knowledgeable and very helpful when the inevitable issues arise. And the prices were some of the most competitive in the industry. If you are still struggling to find a solid shipping brokerage then I would highly recommend this team.

I would rate less, I was quoted a price, however, when I got my invoice it was almost twice the quoted price. After months and months of back and forth emails getting the shipment reclassified I find out that it doesn't matter. Buyer be warned, it seems like a bait and switch. Buyer be warned.

They call our business repeatedly, even though we have asked them to stop numerous times. Their sales people are rude. I do not recommend using them ever, or giving them your phone number. You will regret it.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! Had an account rep handle a shipment for me by the name of Bryan Tolman out of Salt Lake City, he chose the account codes to ship by and told me how much the shipping costs would be. I then charged my customer that amount on the shipment and then after the shipment was done, I got back billed for and additional $300. Which was more than the profit on what I sold and shipped to my customer. I went negative on the transaction. I disputed it with Unishippers and they denied it and then sent it to collections. I paid it as I am a good citizen but buyer beware, DO NOT USE UNISHIPPERS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been using Unishippers for years and couldn't be happier. Their customer service and helpfulness are top notch, their rates are competitive, and they always go above and beyond to be helpful and educational. Big thanks from us!

This company calls us repeatedly. We have told them repeatedly that we are not interested, and they become rude and obstinate AND continue to call. Can't believe they think this type of harassment will get them any business.

Do not work here or ship here, worst company in the world!

Don't use this guys, they're 100% middlemen. You can get similar rates going direct with shipping companies. As of now they have lost a $3500 shipment and have the same answer for almost a week...still lost, doing a dock check. As soon as Demo Billic left my customer service has gone down the drain. Step up you game Unishippers!

Great company to do business for your shipping needs.

Received another call from Unishippers today after asking the salesperson to stop calling us over 20 times over the last year and a half, and also calling their corporate office who assured us we'd be removed from the list.

Never use these people. I used them once 15 years ago, now they call me once a month. I have asked them to remove my name from their database but they keep calling! If you give them your contact info they will never leave you alone.

Unishippers is the best. They answer the phone, unlike UPS. They walked me through a overseas shipment. Good customer service

Destroyed my crate from Greece, blamed others, contacted BBB then they finally reached out to me. But, still waiting for months now for a resolution. Resolve what Unishippers; you destroyed my goods and now refuse to pay!

Horrible company. Absolutely useless customer service. Took 8 months and talking to their collection agency after they finally resolved a billing error.

Unishippers Sales Rep appeared in my office impromptu today, then when I explained I was otherwise committed and could not participate in a surprise, immediate meeting with him, he refused to leave through five polite requests. Sad!

Was called by them, AKA Gulf Coast Shippers Limited Partnership, and talked with a rude lady. She called on July 8th 2019 at 1:10 PM EST. She kept asking me questions that I didn't want to answer. After the third questions she just hung up on me. SO RUDE!!!! Don't use this 3PL. There are so many 3PL companies in the market, why use a bad one??!??!!

Company was great to work for, but the Training stinks and if you make mistakes they will let you go with out teaching you what you did wrong first.

Not helpful at all . We book the truck , they cancels from their side and give us a dumb reasoning . If you really value your business , try to fix your mistakes and problems and have someone who really can help customers.
