The truth is that it is the second year that I come and I wanted to repeat this hotel for my married anniversary (43 years). I am a member of iberostar long ago and invite friends of how well we had spent the previous year. I do not know if I change the management but the treatment is not the same. I contracted a junior suite and they had promised me some consideration but nothing, not even the room has capsules for the coffee or jug of water for you. The truth very disappointed. I hope the manager knows to give me some explanation.Daray

Hi Everyone. Unfortunately this hotel let us down, the food was 3* bland, very greasy, poor/empty selection, the so called infinity pool is a joke, its the width and length of a van, the place was not cleaned well, not worth the money we paid.

Had been from a visit to the next more and more problems.

Great stay! Perfect and kind staff, very nice and big rooms, during winter months very good prizes. Food in the restaurant was really great, only one thing should be better - desserts and cakes was bad, they tasted as cake from shop, not as the homemade cake.

Very nice hotel, the location and the view from the room gives you a great holiday feeling. The rooms are quite large and modern. Everything is cleaned throughout and the buffet has plenty of variation. Staff is very friendly as well. I would recommend this hotel.

Best hotel in Mallorca, the rooftop pool with incredible views and great attention. We do not lack anything during the stay.

Super room-great bathroom-outside-very nice-the buffet also very attractive and a lot of choice. Unfortunately, the service in the restaurant was only adequate- impersonal waiting time for coffee and 2 wrong wines. It was probably because of the communication. Unfortunately, every drink must be paid immediately - if no credit card is deposited. I did not get to know it that way.

We loved it here...everything we hoped for in a five star hotel....clean and quality....with great views over the sea.

Lovely hotel and very friendly Antonio staff especially in the restaurant.

We have eaten at the Rest Marea. The excellent food. The fantastic service. A very cozy, romantic place with a good company. The price? A little expensive, but not so much taking into account the rest. I recommend it.

It's perfect, in everything! The details are taken care of to the maximum, the beautiful rooms, the attention, the food, without a doubt we will repeat.

Very nice and spacious rooms all facing the sea
As a halfboarder you can swap your dinner with lunch. And a good lunch that is.
Nice and friendly staff
Hotel is right on the beach front.
10 mins from the airport
You can relax at the pool and 1 mins later you can swim in the sea.

Cons:
We experienced problems with the breakfast. The buffet is very nice but the staff seemed a little out of control. Cold tea water. Setting up the buffet even though quite past opening time.
Long waits for coffee.
In the mornings the reception staff is not very good at English
Pool area has some smelling issues from time to time.

You could call me narrow-minded but this is a five star hotel. The above should be in order I should say.

I have gone with my partner and with my children and we have felt very comfortable. All the staff is very nice and attentive. Modern, cozy hotel with good views and on the beach. No doubt next year we will repeat!

A very well-kept hotel .. And the best Condor has used this hotel as a stopover from Tenerife to Frankfurt. 16 hrs rest and all inclusive.

It's a nice place with good food.
Most of the staff is very friendly. The rooms are large and comfortably furnished. The location is very good right on the beach promenade.
With the service you sometimes have a bit of problems for a 5 star hotel.

We have been in the suites prestige star, a wonder the truth is beautiful. Very friendly staff have treated us terrific.

Staff were lovely and food was good but the hotel did not have outside eating areas and only a small outside bar, didn't feel 5 star

Very good room with many details and good buffet terrace

A very nice hotel with a great location, delicious food and very polite staff. 5 stars are allowed.

We were with our family for a week guest in the Iberostar and are just thrilled. You get a lot for your money! The rooms are very modern, clean and spacious with bath and shower, 2 large TVs, sofa, bed and balcony. The buffet is so large and extensive that you might think it never ends. There is also always the possibility to have freshly prepared various dishes at the buffet, e.g. Omelet, scrambled eggs etc. in the morning or pasta, steak and vegetables in the evening. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and you always get great entertainment, e.g. live piano, violin or harp. There is a spa area and a beautiful pool, which is not visible from the outside, so you can swim in peace or enjoy your cocktail in the sun. The evening you can end in the nice champagne bar where there is also daily entertainment.
We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay. Had a suite on the 7th floor with great views over the Palma bay. Food is fantastic, and service was great. Thoroughly recommend it.

Our family had a wonderful time here in January. The staff and especially the cooks were extremely nice and courteous. We had breakfast and dinner, and would absolutely recommend them. The view from our sidebar seaview was beautiful and the room was very clean.
Because it was January, not much is opened nearby, but since the food here was great we didnt have an issue. Our bed was creaky (made multiple sounds as we moved around, so woke up the baby multiple times. But these were minor cuz our overall experience was amazing. Thank u staff and cooks!

Star Prestige Level impresses with great additional services, such as a separate pool with bar, drinks and snacks throughout the day, private area in the dining room.

Excellent 5 stars a bit expensive but worth the price. Located on the waterfront

The hotel was very good, although it was not quite as it was posted on the internet, such as the buffet that was closed. My score is high due to the service that was very nice, especially Antonio and Seven who were very detailed and friendly with us, which made our stay much more pleasant and fun.

Reformed and hitting with the promenade .... Excellent location ... and the airport bus leaves you at the door for 5 .... takes 10 '/ 15 minutes

Good 4 star hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. Very negative: Star Prestige sundeck usable only from 10.30 clock. Conversations with hotel management for the purpose of change not possible. Often also chairs by non star prestige guests are blocked, because no control.

Great, you can't say more about it. The rooms are modern, clean, spacious and bright. The hotel is chic, the service unobtrusive but always noticeable. Very friendly service, the location is 1a right on the waterfront. There is a beautiful outdoor pool as well as a spa with sauna / steam bath / whirlpool and a sunset bar from where the view of the sunset is phenomenal. The breakfast buffet really leaves nothing to be desired, it is important to Mallorcan food where possible. For everyone with food intolerances: The chef explains the complete buffet to you and explains what is in which food. I always had problems in other hotels with regard to gluten - not the trace here. Everyone who is plagued by something like this will appreciate if you can rely on the kitchen. Really top class! What else can I say - there are bathrobes, pool towels and even a yoga mat in the rooms. Nice big TV. Comfortable furniture on the balcony and a drying facility for bikini etc. Conclusion: We will be back, that much is certain!

An absolute top hotel!
It left nothing to be desired.

Very nice, clean and modern but just not a 5-star hotel

Enjoyed 7 nights stay.
The hotel is nice, bright, clean and in a great location.
The rooms are large and all are with a sea view.
Here the big minus point, the shower drain was blocked.
When I finished after 15 minutes of showering, half the room was under water.
When I asked for help it took 30 minutes and 2 calls for it to come.
Spa is ok. Area is small but there is a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
Big minus point here, the early closing at 7 p.m.

In my opinion, the gym is far too small and there is a lack of equipment here.

The breakfast is good but there is still room for improvement.

Cleaning / laundry service took longer than you told us beforehand (2 days).
For the cost of doing it, this should work a lot, much faster and better.

Staff is the reason why it is not enough for the 5 stars.
Some hotel employees find unmotivation written on their faces.
One or the other is sometimes unfriendly.
For a 5 star hotel staff is not good enough.

On the whole, however, the stay was pleasant.
The positive aspects were sufficient.

In the off season absolutely great. When the ballermann season is, you should know what to get involved.
