Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Got my hair cut there but it was uneven and way too short in the back, and chunk of my hair on the side of my head was cut too short as well but I didn't notice any of that until I got home. I don't know if it was a miscommunication between the stylist and me or what, but I do not like how it looks. And it's a short cut, so it's pretty obvious. Overall, it was an okay experience (the staff really are great), but I won't go back for another hair cut anytime soon. Totally not worth the $35 I spent there.

I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Lauren for 13 years. I always knew there was no one better in Ohio, but now I live in New York City, and she's still the best. I just had a cut, color and highlights at The Infinity Salon while in Athens two weeks ago, and WOW. Amazing. It doesn't get much better than this.

Unprofessional. I came in for a pedicure, watched the stylist come in at exactly the time of my appointment, CURL her hair, and take me 10 minutes late. I asked her about it and she told me she couldn't find a brush at her house and that it was horrible - no apology. I chose 5 polishes to try and she wasn't thrilled with that, either. I had a bad experience 5 years ago and I suppose it'll be another 5 years before I go back. There are plenty of other places to get salon services in Athens.

I've been debating on what star to give (2 or 3) because I had two different services done. I finally decided on 3 stars because the first service was great and the ladies that did both had good customer service, at least.
I came in for a Pedicure- and that was amazing. It was worth every penny.
However, I was also able to get in for a gel manicure. That was not so amazing. First- the process was wrong. The machines didn't seem to work, and at one point she switched them. She had me put every finger in one at a time because she said that the polish wasn't great and was coming up because it was a darker color. I've had darker colors before and it's never been an issue. However, I still had faith that it would turn out okay. It didn't!

The gel polish was not put on my entire fingernail! It was more up then it should have been (past the half moons) and there wasn't any on the sides of my nails. It was also a bit thick.

In less then a week one came entirely off, and I had to go to another salon for them to get the rest of them off (it didn't take long). She informed me that they also filed too much on my nails. Now my nails don't look the best nor can I put color or anything on them until they get back to better shape.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I am a college student and I don't have money to spend ($40) on a service that wasn't even worth it. I'm highly disappointed.

I hope I am not being too harsh- the lady who did my nails was a beginner and so hopefully she will get better as she goes along- but right now it wasn't worth the money that I can't get back.

I went in with an asymmetrical bob, so I thought I'd go short to even it back out. I asked the stylist to keep the length in the front, and I showed a picture of what I wanted. First thing she did, was chopped the length in the front! Then she proceeded to give me an asymmetrical short cut that looked like an "old lady trying to be young" kind of thing. Totally not what I asked for whatsoever! So after staring at it and playing with it for 15-20 minutes after, I went back to her and asked her to please even it out, which she somewhat did. She was upset that I didn't like the cut, even though it was just something she decided to give me and not what I asked for. I will never go back.

Went in to get my nails done for my wedding. Some of my nails are decent looking. The lady who did my nails never asked me how long or short I wanted my nails, just started clipping them down. One of my nails looks almost like a bubble was placed on it with how high the middle section is. Other nails are at a slight angle when looking at them from the back side and one has a dip in the middle of the top part. Nail polish was applied a little bit too high on most of my nails. The design on my ring fingers turned out decently at least. Really disappointed and a little upset that I have to deal with these for my wedding as I have no time to go back here or anywhere else to get them fixed. My sister and her friend noticed all these mistakes just from looking at one picture I sent to them after they were done. Unsure if I will return here in the future.

I got a gift card here for Christmas and when I finally went in to use it I was let down immensely. The customer service was horrible at the front desk and my waxing was done sloppy. Also, the stylist didn't want to be there and it wasn't hard to tell. Now, I'm stuck with a gift card that I'll probably give to a guy friend for a buzz cut.

can't say anything about their hair or nail services but I love to go here for tanning. reasonable prices (15 sessions for the price of 12), the beds work great, it's never super busy or crowded with students like some of the closer solons, and they have the nicest ladies working the front desk. it's so pleasant to be here and is just overall a clean and nice establishment.

I've had two treatments go very wrong here. First, I had an eyebrow wax (2015), they applied it while it was too hot and it blistered!!! Second, I tried the lash extensions (2011) and they had no idea what they were doing. You don't apply the semi-permanent lash glue directly to the skin. At the time I didn't know bc it was the first time I had them applied but this is very wrong. Other issues I have are they never replace their tanning bed lights (ever) and they can't cut a basic men's ivy league haircut (early 2017) Also, they can never seem to get colors for hair dye exact (ever). I've experienced all these different issues over the last 10 year period. I will not go back.. I've said that before, but after the latest issue the men's cut I won't. Ivr tried more "complicated" treatments like lashes and waxes first and worked into things like cuts and dyes.. all fails. I've spent 100s here for only disappointment. No-one should add services they can't provide properly to their services list i.e. the LASH EXTENSIONS. Also, being rude isn't necessary. There was a male while my waxing was being done that was so rude about my "peach fuzz" and laughed saying I shouldn't say more.. NO, say what you will, don't blister my face!!

The quality of the manicure is similar to if a 5-year old did it. The nail is not even fully covered with the nail polish. I did gel and it chipped the next day. The lady did not even cut my cuticles. Honestly, if you need to get your nails done, you can probably order all the equipment on AMazon for $60 and have it done at home better. Do not waste your money!

Love the Infinity girls! The salon has a great "team" attitude, as a full service salon. It feels as though you've walked into a big city salon, armed with a warm and caring staff. From mani/pedis, tanning/spray tans, massage, facials and hair design, the Infinity Salon can meet your every need. Lauren has been doing my hair for years and I know from experience, that she wants you to feel and look amazing, when you walk out her doors. Two thumbs up!

A really nice upscale business. It's just lacks a little personality. Kind of Stuffy type of people. The receptionist was just terrific and the person doing my nails did a great job. The good part is they offer anything for a woman's pampering and haircuts for men in children as well. Nice to have some place like this on our small community. It rates above most.
