In a very quiet place in the village, this typical hotel serves as a prelude to a small but more than graceful restaurant where the management and staff make the meal a moment of tranquility and good food. The lady in charge of the reception manages, naturally and simply, to make you feel at home. Excellent judgment.

Courtesy, availability and cleanliness. Last summer (2018) the cook was not the one from previous years and the food could be improved.

Excellent hotel for hospitality and comfort, from the owner Mrs Clara and all her staff. Excellent restaurant cuisine of great quality. Excellent cleaning of rooms and quiet. They also welcome our animal friends with great sympathy. I will definitely come back even though it is always in great demand.

Hotel immersed in a typical mountain-style pine forest.The slightly dated rooms have their own particular charm as well as the common rooms.Excellent welcome from Mrs. Clara and her daughter Erica.The excellent cuisine with appetizers and desserts buffet. ideal place to relax just a few steps from the town center and from the ski and bike slopes. Four-legged friends are also welcome.

We see that at the base of everything there are enormous efforts on the part of the family, even the staff transmits a feeling of serenity and almost familiar friendliness.

Wonderful manager, top service, perfect breakfast, attentive staff, spacious room and bathroom, clean and very pretty, quiet. Really, a hotel as we always want. Welcomed me with the greatest kindness one night when I was stuck at 1am and without a reservation! Bardonecchia is not fundamentally one of the most exceptional places, I just pass by when I cross the border. This hotel, its manager, its staff, make you love it!

An oasis of peace where you can find relaxation and tranquility.
Where to recharge the batteries, before returning to the fray.
A family management that makes you feel at ease and that makes you feel pampered, which, nowadays, is not easy to find.
As if to say, a place to find yourself, in an affable and hospitable context.

I spent ten days pampered by the staff and in absolute tranquility. Close to a beautiful park while remaining in the town. Great breakfast.

Located in a convenient area both for its proximity to the ski slopes (departure Campo Smith) and the city center, reachable on foot with a 10 minute walk. Warm and comfortable environment. Clean and spacious rooms. The real plus is the welcome and the management that will make you feel at home. The restaurant is also good for both meals (lunch or dinner) and breakfast. Highly recommended

Possibility to have dinner even if you are not a hotel guest. Polite and friendly staff. Quiet location close to the slopes.

Because I have not had the opportunity to stay because of my request and my unnecessary reminders.
I will look for another hotel.

Obviously the 5 stars are proportionate to the stars. In any case the name is a whole program, the location is excellent for those who ski, the family environment and the above average restaurant do the rest.

Beautiful hotel in a characteristic and absolutely peaceful style (the name could not have been more appropriate). Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Very good restaurant (and not bad portions ...). Plus, it's a short walk from Smith camp. In a nutshell, the best hotel in Bardonecchia!
