Bad. Doormen take bribes from tourists only when it is a full house
Overrated , but still a good place to drink, meet people and socialise ... Dancing too
if tinder were a real place, then zouk is a good representation of it. it's supposed to be bigger etc, but I think this place is where people just fail on every occasion.
But there's a starbucks here to take pictures of people taking the walk of shame!
I used to visit regularly, but off late,r you see rude waiters (their sole job is to serve, which they dont know how to do) and bouncers have no manners at all (Just because they are huge, they eyeball everyone). The funny part is, these are laptop djs, who play music on the laptops and shake their hands in the air.. (lol) they do not really DJ!! You can find all the songs they play in youtube (already mixed by others)
Had one of my best time there, the music is crazy good
Waste time , Thai club DJ is better then here. Is like a sausage party.
It was just great, ladies and gentlemen, free shipping.
The best club in KL with the best DJ top in South East Asia!
Most famous clubbing district in KL. Try Embassy and Velvet.
This is supposed to be "#3 club in the world" according to themselves, what a joke. Only one of the eight rooms was open, and it was totally empty and no one on the dance floor until like 1:45am. After that it was a good party though with great music. A positive thing is that the sound and bass is good.
When it comes to clubs Zouk is at the top. Go before 12 midnight and pay around 32 for your ticket instead of 50 or 60 after 12. If you're not into the club scenes, there's live music places and restaurants right beside Zouk.
It looks like Hongdae Club
Those who are familiar with Gangnam may not have fun
Over priced, dodgy drinks. Often far too crowded and smokey. Only good thing is they are open till 6am
The club it self is ok, the dj is ok, but it's not like what you experience in many European countries. The atmosphere isn't very interesting.
Finally checked out this club after years to try giving it a go. Just kinda meh. Huge yes, but crowd aren t as fun, music is normal; the rest of the bar scenes at the area is way more enjoyable in comparison to inside the club. For people that hasn t been here before can at least come once and give it a go, but yeah that s it maybe.
If ur in kl for a holiday and enjoy loud partying this is it. Super huge with great music selections, in house djs and a definite round to F u up in a good way
All is well but one guard is too rude ,,,
Many complains
Its alright, brings alot of international DJs
Except for the security at the entrance are very impolite, unprofessional and offensive
Waiting to review this one. Initial impression was like gaga but on entry things turned out different. Don't even think it has the same culture as the west. The ambience is western but the mindset is typical eastern. The bouncers just oogle at customers. Some were even dancing instead of minding the customers. The bang starts around after 12 so no need to hurry. The most crappy part was when they served juice instead of alchohol in the cocktail. Upon asking the bartender who just gestured 4 fingers to imply that 4 pegs of alcohol had been added. They just assumed that we wouldn't notice after our gobbling of first pitcher. So beware. On a last note it's not much of the happening place in KL and expect boys and men to just stare and checking out the gals.
Biggest and most extensive place to party in town. HIGHLY recommended to just cab there. Not worth the parking fees and high potential of DUI road blocks.
My partner and me went there on a Saturday night for a special celebration. It's being advertised as having 8 rooms but none of them are connected to each other. Each room require a new entry fee (beware). We chose the main room. It was surprisingly small though its the biggest in size among the 8 rooms. The place is pretty much dead before 1am. It was never packed after 1pm. If you do not want to party with people around the age of 20, then this is not your club to go. As for the music, it was terrific compared to other clubs I been to around the world. In a nutshell, there was no flow to the music. Dance floor was small and stuffy hot. Overall, the experience was very poor. Very curious to know whether or not did Zouk paid to get into top 100 clubs? For future go-ers, thinking 10 times before deciding to go or not.
One of the best clubs in KL. Get a bottle and enjoy your night!
Although the club is huge but only 3 rooms that has the crowd with party feel. Personally, I prefer the mainroom, Velvet and Phuture. Others are mostly for private events or for more tame environment for discussions. Music wise, Velvet has open format tunes and the rhythm/tempo does make more sense. Phuture is slightly dark and the music appeal more to those who like techno type of music. The crowd in Velvet are mostly younger as well. Main room music is cater for dancing and has the best lightning effect in the club. For group which secure a table, their space is not really private. People can still walking around through and dancing around the table which is not belongs to them. The dance stage is quite small. Do expect to have a deaf feel when you out from the club as the music is very loud.
zouk is really in the 38th best clubs in the world. it's really awesome
The most entertainment place in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Always be a support outsos local dj and international is open to all rave/grove music
About 60 ringgit entry free. Outdoor carpark 30 ringgit. Many party rooms to choose from
The sound is centered out of the four. There are more nampa guys than people who are purely dancing, but it's a club so it can't be helped (laughs)
There are few Japanese people and many Chinese or Farang.
Admission is cheap and you can enjoy it until morning.
Zouk means 'party' in French Creole and this world-famous club certainly lives up to its name, with each of the club s spaces featuring different decor and offering diverse clubbing experiences.
Tonight's DJ kills the vibe everytime he chchangea music. DiDisappointing
Nice music, best club in town, last time I lost my residence card and thank god the staff gave it back to me without any condition.
Its a huge night club in KL. I am from thailand and I went here after my girlfriend and her friends, the music and the crowd is really good. Nice ambiance and overall a good place to party. The staff is very nice as well. All the party lovers should give it a try if you are in KL.
Was there 2 days ago to celebrate a friend's birthday. One of the biggest mistake ever. Overrated to the max. Bought 2 bottles of liquor just to be placed in an empty side of the club while the other side was packed. The bartenders are so rude even the janitor. The guy at the entrance acts like the owner of the club and is super super rude. The DJ were so ignorant and couldn't even play a birthday song upon request. If you're planning to spend some money to get some bad service this is the place If not try avoiding this place by all means. There are tonnes of better clubs in KL.
Most happening place in kl. Young multi national crowd
One of the defining clubs in Malaysia and it is a absolute must go. The atmosphere is amazing and it brings back the old Zouk Club feels to the new location.
If you want someplace boring till die, dull song then come over here.
