Nice folks, but be sure to get a quote and ask them to tell you exactly WHAT they're going to do and HOW MUCH it's going to cost before you let them do any work on your bike or you'll leave with empty pockets. Great shop and great service. I took my worn-out bottom bracket from a 80's era Univega to Highlander to get it replaced. The guy who helped me suggested a sealed bracket that he said would last forever, and then he put it on my bike for free and even gave me a used crank arm to replace my bent one....
Fantastic shop! I have purchased two brand new bikes from here, and have brought many older bikes in for a service. The staff are always friendly and very patient (i tend to talk a lot). If you're looking for a new bike or just need a tune up, Highlander bicycle is the stop for you.
Scammers. They do a lot of things correctly (and honestly) but they also took advantage of me on several occasions and charged me for several things that were not installed or repaired--on more than one bike I took to them :(
