The derailer on my mountain bike stopped working so I brought my bike in for service after a prompt reply from my email request. I found the shop full of everything needed for a bike, including some new rides ready for purchase. Staff was very friendly and took a quick look at the bike before I left. I was called when promised and charged for the quoted work, in addition to some helpful advice to prevent future issues. It's great to have a full range of gears again!
