From the guard in the guard shack to the shipping receiving employees all of them are rude. Appointment times do not matter here you can show up 10 hours early and they will put you in front of every other appointment. My appointment was at 8 a.m. I showed up at 7:30. I was told I will have to wait it will be a while. There were 6 other trucks in front of me. And they didn't start receiving till 7. Come to find out they're unloading drivers with 10:00 apmts 12:00 apmts 1400 and even 1600. So appointments do not matter here show up as early as you want. They do have overnight parking so if your appointment is late in the day park overnight there and check in at 7 am. And you will get to go in front of everyone is the way they see it. I will never pull a load into here again

Truck Route- From I-235 take Exit 9 (14 &15 street)
Go south on 14th street. Stay in left lane.
After the bridge make left on Maury street.
Left on 118th street, Right on E market street.
After the bridge, truck entrance on right.
Dirt lot for overnight parking also.

The 235 exit 9 to Maury street to se 18th street to market street is great directions . The staff is polite

Seen reviews from employees and people with appointments. Understaffed, underappreciated and lack of management in a nutshell. They want to go to salary to pay employees less and work them more.

Nice guard at booth. Quick Loading. No appointment needed. Route : i235, Exit 9 left on 14th st, left on Murray st, Left on E 18th St , Right on E Market st.

Nice Iowa People, this place is very Old, my only gripe is I wish they didn t park the trailers so close together, I had to drag my last load out to reach the Dolly handle, I really hate doing that.
They re 24hr Drop and Hook, I never go there during the daytime! NUFF SAID!

Gabby if you rented an apartment in this building you might have worse problems than you have described

These guys get you loaded and unloaded unbelievably fast.

If Lester runs this place the way he runs his rental properties then I m sure it s awful! He lied about helping children being out of town was his excuse not to give us our deposit back in time. Called the place found out he actually was not out of town he lied! He was working. He was absolutely unprofessional to my husband telling him I m sorry you hate life what? What does that have to do with you not being professional and making sure we get our deposit back in time? He had 4 different tenants above us within 6 mos! Who we had to call the cops on 4x!! Within a week! And they still didn t kick them out! Super unprofessional, Will Rogers his maintainence guy put duck tape over our sink to fix it and said it s not his problem hello! That s what renting means.. you fix anything that breaks! Absolutely the worst man I ve ever dealt with! Will never do business with Lester Brewer! He is a Super hateful Arrogant nasty man! Wish I could post the Screenshots of the hateful unprofessional text messages he sent!

Easy drop & hook. Pull into gate on right side that has a shipping and receiving sign. Pull in up to stop sign and walk to guard shack with pickup number and empty trailer number. Guard will give you paperwork, where to drop trailer and where to pick up loaded trailer. Guards are friendly and helpful. The east lot is the farthest a truck can legally go on Market Street. The roads are rough and there s an unmarked speed hump in front of building on Market.
