This facility used to be a wonderful place when my mother first got there. Now that she's unable to help herself doing most of the things she does independently, service is bad depending on who works. SOME workers just put her food in her room where she can't reach it and she is unable to get to the food. She is not informed the food is there! Sometimes it takes 15 minutes when the assistant button is activated for someone to come to help her and I tested it myself, being there and no one knows I'm in the room. She fell 3 times within two months, twice in a week. I took her there for different healthcare reasons and to help with falls but as you can see it's a fail situation.

Terrible service for dying patients. No compassion. I beg you to never place your lives one here. In 2007 my grandmother was diagnosed with lung cancer. She was placed here. We had to file a lawsuit which was won because the rehab center admitted that they waited hours to pick my grandmother up off the floor after she fell. She was on the floor for hours before someone came in. Then they waited a few minutes to even help her up. Makes me sick thinking about it

Awesome staff, truly amazing staff no matter who you run in to always greeted with a friendly warm reception no matter the time of day. They take great care and pride in what and how they care for our family members. Highly recommend.

I rate it 4.5. Our father is safe and well cared for. Some residents caught COVID and their care brought him and every resident through the illness. He complains about the food otherwise they would rate a 5.
