McDonald's Nederland B.V. Review

The food is fine, but what really annoys me is the following.
1. breakfast that you eat in the restaurant (are you asked to eat here?)
2. plastic cutlery, also packed in plastic.
3. croissant packed in plastic bag (while I eat it right away)
4. Egg burger packed in plastic
5. coffee with a plastic lid, while I also drink this immediately
6. fresh gravy, in a plastic bottle (why fresh?)
I find it unbelievable for a company such as Mc Donalds that they do nothing about innovation, while plastic is a huge problem for the future, our children and small children are also entitled to a beautiful flora and fauna and world! come on say Mc Donalds show some respect for the world and nature. Unfortunately I am not coming anymore (until something has really changed) oh well that doesn't matter to you of course. Ms. Ramon

Please close the mac drive! It is impossible to explain to your underage son that he is not allowed to go to friends because you have to keep 1.5 m away but you have to work in a MacDrive kitchen where that 1.5 m distance is absolutely not feasible. Please take as a company responsible for your (underage) employees.

12-12-2020 at McDonalds fair in Rotterdam.
The manager is in the kitchen arguing with the crew manager. Everyone could hear that
1 of the kitchen employees says to cut down because I can't concentrate. Then he was shouted at to mind your own business.
This employee says okay, and was then immediately sent home by the manager.
This all happened between 6:45 PM and 7:00 PM

All this because a manager does not know how to deal with his employees. He really needs to start taking a social skills training course soon.

Nice building you get there easily and they are super friendly and they have a delicious raw power fruit bar

Finished with McDonalds Netherlands. Once again, the chocolate milkshake has been removed from the range to enable yet another gore fruit flavor. I will look for another restaurant / snack bar where chocolate is part of the fixed range. I am not interested anymore if it comes back to the Mac, I am now finally done !!!

Freshly made and brilliant quality. Restaurant is a pilot store for market incentives and innovation. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Had a delicious burger, this place is definitely recommended to stop for a snack, finding a parking space can be difficult

actually i don't even think it's worth it! Because there are people who do not have a car and are either on foot or by bicycle, and may not even order in a mcdrive.

Staff do not respect their customers treat customers whether they are dogs or animals that are treated even better

How trash can a McDonalds be when there are just things with EGG for breakfast, there are also people out there who don't want / are not able to eat EGG'S how about just doing a couple sandwiches withouth egg.

This is where the biggest suckers in the Netherlands work. The app on my Ipad does not work anymore and when I open it there is a lot of pressure to write a new one but then you get to know that the app does not yet exist for the Netherlands this already 4 weeks

why no plant-based burger? don't rest on those veggie burgers. it's 2021!

Why is there no vegetable burger in a happy meal for vegetarian children? It turned out that that cannot be ordered at McD. They did provide a solution. Buy a happy meal and a vegetable burger. Discard the hamburger and add the vegetable burger. This 2X for both girls .....
Not customer friendly. Not even at all.

Mc Donalds is Mc Donalds. Staff were not really burning ahead and not very friendly. Ms got annoyed because she couldn't understand my friend at the McDrive. Also annoying for us. Turns out at the window that people were cozy talking. Then I understand that your attention is not with the order. Next x we drive to the other Mc D. Jammer.

Today I visited the Mickey D's at Vlamingsstraat in The Hague.
This branch closes at 10 p.m. and I arrived at 9.45 p.m. and wanted to order 2 big macs.
To my surprise, I received a NO sold.
The employee pointed out the offer in the warming cabinet ... I still have 1 big mac, he said.
When I asked to bake 1 more, another NO was sold.
4 unemployed eyes from the kitchen looked straight at me.
Then I went to the BURGER KING and got good service AND a good WHOPPER there.
No more MD for me ....

Add power sockets to charge phones, customer friendly.
