This facility used to be a wonderful place when my mother first got there. Now that she's unable to help herself doing most of the things she does independently, service is bad depending on who works. SOME workers just put her food in her room where she can't reach it and she is unable to get to the food. She is not informed the food is there! Sometimes it takes 15 minutes when the assistant button is activated for someone to come to help her and I tested it myself, being there and no one knows I'm in the room. She fell 3 times within two months, twice in a week. I took her there for different healthcare reasons and to help with falls but as you can see it's a fail situation.
