Familiar with geocaching? (You should be!) It's a recreational activity of hunting for and finding a hidden object by means of GPS coordinates. So... essentially, it's an easy way to get outside and see cool things in a brand new place or maybe even your hometown.
If you are a geocacher you'll want to stop by. On the third floor. Friendly receptionist. They have a number of rate geocoins and travel bugs on display. You can find the HQ geocache, sign the log, take a picture in the photo booth, and then but it in the album. They have swag for purchase and they ...
Super friendly and courteous staff who are available for every topic and every little fun. Relaxed atmosphere in which the Cacher heart can really let off steam.
They continue to scam my bank account and deny access to my geocache account and refuse to help cancel the subscription. the only option is to shutdown my credit card. this is going to the better business bureau.
When you have a problem you can not get in touch with anyone. Everything is voice mail or email. They ask for $29.99 a year.... for WHAT?
It is a program that is really run by us.....the people putting the caches out and maintaining them, which is not HQ. So for the $29.99 you would at least exp...
12/24/18 My review is based on a reviewer you have (GeoCrater) that is in my opinion way overzealous. I could not publish a geocache dedicated to the Tuskegee Airmen with the words "I support and love my country". How is this an agenda? It is an opinion. I will tell you one thing I spend money with...
This is one of the best games I have ever played I have been a member since 2004 and If your in Seattle,Wa Check it out and learn how to play I guarantee you will find places in Seattle and all over the world that you would have not otherwise found unless you are geocaching!
The worst service provider in the world. Communication? Doesn't take place here! You are faced with accomplished facts and basta. No answer to questions, no answer to criticism. If you complain about a reviewer, you will be particularly targeted, from then on you will be under observation and will b...
The sanctuary of geocaching. I appreciate the kind staff. Thank you for bottled water, too. There is a dream that I think that my cache may be displayed on a display where caches around the world are displayed randomly every 45 seconds.
Brought my cousin to this facility because he is really into geocaching and it is the HQ. The staff are really polite and the environment there is pretty cool.
Been a Geocacher for a few years so it was nice to finally make it to the west coast and stop by HQ. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was nice to pick up some HQ only merch. Will stop by again next time I'm on this coast. TFTC and DFTBA
If you have any interest in Geocaching then you must visit HQ while in Seattle. They are open limited hours and you should RSVP via their web site when you visit to ensure they will be free. There are a ton of memorable items from Geocaching history, a cool cache for you to log and a ton of tracka...
Had the chance to visit HQ last month while on a trip with my dad to the area. Definitely worth the trip. We discovered everything there was to discover in the office, and picked up a few "HQ only" items while we were there. Loved this place.
They literally stole my credit card information after signing up for the monthly app. Tried contacting you guys for months and they gave me the run around saying they never had Info of me making a account. You could always keep taking my money every month. Eat it.
I stopped geocahing some time back because of the dishonesty and unprofessional behavior of their administrators. A disagreement with their abusive reviewer geocrater, led to complaints to the administrators. They responded with lies and dismissed my complaints. Further research has shown similar ca...
Finally visited the Mekka of all geocachers. Super friendly welcome, very kid friendly, and their geo tour takes you to some neat locations in this neighborhood. Totally recommend it.
Had a day left in Seattle, so I emailed the HQ if I could drop in. Had nice conversations with the very friendly staff. The lobby is like a small museum dedicated to Geocaching. Greetings to all Lackeys from Germany!
I loved the photo booth, the cool memorabilia, the computer that updated to the most recent cache worldwide, and of course the secret geocache hidden within the HQ. A great, quick stop in the middle of our Seattle tour.
A must do for any geocachers visiting Seattle. Quite a bit of merchandise for sale, trackables to discover and buy, a photo booth and a geocache. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
My first time here. I will definitely come back with my gf. The place was great, I just wish I had time to read the cache description and find what I was looking for. When you come here, dont be rushed, and take your time. Explore the lobby. Have fun, thats what its all about.
