Absolutely amazing! They scheduled Everything and Came out exactly when they said they would. They let me know when they were 30 minutes out. Both techs Set up the playset in 5 hours. It s absolutely perfect! I d give them 10 stars if I could!

Great company, and great people! This is my second time using them. Not one single problem! I m very satisfied. If you need assistance with equipment/product assembly, please call them. They assembled some Bowflex equipment for me on 2 separate occasions. Each time the service was excellent!!!

Left defective parts and packaging on property after having to come out to redo the original construction. Call center employees explained that I could put them in my trash when I called. They are large wooden pieces as well as large cardboard boxes left out in the rain.

The assemblers arrived early and completed the installation in about an hour and a half, which is fast for a trampoline. They were very professional and the trampoline is sturdy and well built. They had me check their work and moved the packaging to my recycling area before completing the job.

I emailed Go Configure a few questions before I decided to hire them and they always responded quickly.

After I paid for the service, they scheduled my treadmill setup about 10 days out.

They called a day prior to the setup date and 30 minutes prior to when they arrived.

If you value your time and sanity, avoid them at all cost. They will not contact you, they will not make assembly arrangements in a timely manner. And if you finally do get an appointment time, good luck. They like to cancel or just not show up.

Very good service! The are prompt, and have good build ethics. They don't cut corners or allow for defective parts to be used. If there is a part missing or broken they arrange for a replacement from the manufacturer and reschedule a follow-up appointment to complete the work.
