Terrible organisational skills. Absolutely poor for KS distribution, have a habit of not bothering to collect entire shipments! Several KS currently sitting around, waiting for these guys to actually show up and collect for delivery.
Worked at Gamesquest for a couple of months before Christmas. They work seven day weeks and long into the evenings, rushing to get orders fulfilled. Very efficient, entrepreneurial and driven management, hard working staff, a hectic atmosphere and yet everyone gets along! Brilliant place to work.
I have had several dealings with these guys over the years, with direct orders, expos, and with Kickstarter fulfilment. I have always been more than happy with the service I have received from their excellent friendly staff.
Worst shipping solution ever. Brexit/Covid is no excuse for delays of EPIC proportions.

I don't think I've encountered such an incompetent company when it comes to shipping orders, it's been over a month since the product arrived in their warehouse and there is still no indication when my order will be shipped.

Ordered Massive darkness Ratlings via Amazon. They took my money and some days later said they did not have the order due to a systems error. However they had the game as dispatched and attempted to get me to cancel the order. Very poor.
