This company is a scam. It is impossible to cancel your account. There is no way to do it from inside your account settings. I have tried to email them since 3 months ago from the email they tell you to use to cancel your account. No response.
It is also way overpriced. Extremely upset and have not used their software far 2 years and lost over $2000 because it s impossible to close account.

I have used Freshbooks for 3 years to run my growing business - the cost is much higher than comparable services, and is charged in USD despite being a Canadian company. The mobile app is basically useless if you are trying to put together complex estimates, or invoices. I've never had their banking integration successfully import a credit card statement, and the best solution they could come up with was a one time offer that they'd manually enter it for me. Every time I invoice a new customer, my invoice gets flagged as spam - no solution has been offered. Their customer support email and phoneline are only available on weekdays, meaning I've spent multiple weekends unable to send estimates or invoices when I have service issues. I wish I could continue to support a local company, but they keep charging me a premium price to make me look bad.
