Don't show up at 5 to wash you dog! I am sitting here in my car with a perfectly clean dog and it is 5:45. They close at 6 and were obvious in their irritation (3 employees still there) at my being there. I was even given a 30 min reminder too. Not one word from a any of them as we left and walk right past.

Love coming here with my dog. She can get clean and have treats and we are always welcome here. Staff is super friendly and helpful

Amazing service and great high quality food options for both dogs and cats! I especially love the dog wash. I have 3 dogs and often bring in all of them at once. They are very nice and come say hello, often checking if I need help. I feel like I am part of the family and highly recommend them. If you have an animal with allergies or issues with any type of food, they take the time to help you find exactly what you need. I have a terrier who is allergic to eggs and has issues with grains and they showed me multiple options for her :)

Four Paws is the best dog store ( I have a dog so that is how I look at it) in town. Really helpful staff that always is helpful trying to get the right dog food and treats for my standard poodle! I would not go anywhere else. Love this place.

This place is amazing! Someone told me about their self-serve dog wash here and I am so impressed after my first visit today. I have a really tall dog who has only ever been washed with the hose outside before. It's 30 degrees outside today though and he definitely smelled like he needed a bath, so I brought him over to try Four Paws out. Max was pretty nervous but the people were extremely nice and helpful. They even offered to wait and vacuum the big room after he was done so he would be a little more relaxed. (SO kind of them!) We used their shorter bathtub that he could hop up into because the taller ramps made him really nervous and I can't lift all 100lbs of him- I imagine having the option to use the shorter one is great for senior dogs too. You can use their shampoo and towels and the water is nice and warm. They also have vacuum blowers you can use to dry off your dog but that was a little too much for Max so we didn't- I saw lots of other happy dogs getting blow dried though :). What a wonderful, local pet shop- we will definitely be back.

If you have a dog with special dietary needs this is the place to go. They also sell a solid selection of quality dog toys and treats. Definitely a higher end dog supply store but if you are looking for a special gift I wouldn t buy without stopping here first. They also have a dog wash station that is reasonable.

The DIY dog wash had everything we needed from towels to shampoo to a blow dryer. The staff was very kind and helpful. A great value for a puppy wash, which was quite clean considering it is where you take dirty dogs.

Best dog food choices in town. The owner is knowledgable about pet nutrition and food issues. If you are particular about what your beloved beastie eats this is the store for you.

Four Paws & Co has been my go to for dog food and pet supplies since moving to Longmont. I go out of my way to purchase from this store, there are several locations closer to my home I could buy from. I purchase Taste of the Will, staff has always asked for my name to keep track so I get my free bag of food. I've been to other pet stores that made you track your own purchases. Four Paws goes above and takes the hassle out of the process which I super appreciate. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Four Paws to anyone in need of pet supplies in Longmont.

The staff is rude. I have gone there several times for the dog wash and each time the staff amazes me with their attitudes. They treat you as though you are beneath them! I called the manager to complain once and they actually yelled at me and told me that I was wrong and that they have to treat people that way so that no-one breaks the rules of the dog wash!! Haven't been back since!

I have been going to Four Paws for 13 years. I love the owner and staff. They are knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. They have a great "wash your dog" room that is always clean and supplied with great brushes to use. I am so glad that we have a local pet store that is so terrific! Oh, and they carry cat, dog, and Guinea pig supplies so that meets all of my needs!

I absolutely love Four Paws, they are wonderful folks with a terrific selection of dog food and products. They care about your pet and their wellness and are very knowledgeable.

Called and asked what the price was and was told $10.00 only to find out that it was $12.00. They said oh you must have called the other store, and it hasn t been that price for a while. But I knew exactly what store I called because I asked for the address. The soap was like to water down it would not even leather up, same for the conditioner. The only nice part was that the tubs was at a level to bath my dogs and it didn t hurt my back. Mental note take your own soap and conditioner.

Took my seriously uncooperative dog for the first time for a self-serve bath.

Nice big raised tubs so you don't break your back leaning over.

They have a wide selection of shampoos, plenty of towels, all of the things you could possibly need- like the rubber thing used to scrub the dog, a shedding brush. There was even a blow dryer for after bath and toweling blow dry. They also provided an apron so I wouldn't get wet and gross. They also have the attached to the wall leash things so they don't get away while doing the most dreaded thing ever to dogs.

I may just be excited because I'd never been to one before, but once I finally got her up the ramp it was actually not bad to give her a bath. And oh my gosh the amount of loose fur that came off her was immense. I had to empty the drain strainer 5 or 6 times. She really needed a bath, I guess.

Then, on top of all of that awesomeness, there's a lady that trims nails. She was really patient with her while we did my dog's close-second most hated thing. The lady switched back and forth between the Dremmel and plain clippers when my dog would start folding her paws underneath. That took a pretty long time, but totally worth it.

The bath was $10 and the nails were $12 (or vice-versa). So a whole $22 and I didn't have to leave her all day at some groomer that would easily been 3 times the price.

They have a really nice, chi-chi pet store that the bathing area is attached to. My wife and I just moved here from Austin, TX and we're looking for a pet supply store just like this so we can get the really good (read expensive - wife's choice, not mine, but I indulge) pet food.

If your dog needs a bath or you're looking for good dog (or other pet) food, this place will certainly satisfy both. :)

The pet store is nice and helpful. The doggy baths are convenient. HOWEVER they have just started a doggy training class, these classes are run by a women who thinks it's ok to choke your $2500.00 dog. I'm sorry I am not ok with that. If you value your doggy's safety you will avoid the training classes.

My #1 pet store in Longmont. 5 dog washing stations with varying heights & sizes. All have easy access ramps, multiple types of shampoos & conditioners, multiple speed dryers, bibs, towels, in wall dog leashing. Also, a great retail section with a wide variety of foods and supplies. I bought my dog's hard to find food there for years.

Happy friendly atmosphere and very well informed owner and staff. Wouldn't go any where for all pet products

This place was GREAT! The staff (probably the owners) were delightful!

I walked in as a new dog person fresh from our first vet visit full of questions and needs. The people at Four Paws were super helpful in getting me and the new pooch all set up for home and travel.

They have very reasonable prices, an amazing selection and they make sure you're up on all the frequent buyer things including an in store rewards program. They also had treats and love for the slobbering hound.

In the 2 weeks I've had my pooch, we've visited at least 10 pet stores across the country and Four Paws was by far our favorite! I'm super glad they are the local store we will be heading home to soon.

My family and I have been coming to Four Paws & CO. for about seven years now. They go above and beyond with service, knowledge and working with you and your pets. As an animal professional myself, this is a sterling location for all your animal needs (outside of a vet.) Today while using their "Self Dog Wash," they helped me with my senior dog from everything to tubs, drying, outlets for my electric tools and even gave us a towel to "trash" because my senior dog accidentally peed on the seat. These people truly care. Thank you 4paws!

Brought my very large Australia Tri Color Shepherd in. He's a fearful dog from a rescued hoarding situation. Long story short, the entire staff respected his boundaries and he did great! The friendly staff was able to pet him! And feed him treats! I was so happy I almost cried.

Then I returned with my bunny. Yes, my bunny. She did awesome as well and the supplies available made everything such a breeze at such an affordable cost.

Took my dog for a pet wash. The stalls were very clean, and the retail space had everything you could possibly need .the staff was very attentive. I highly recommend them.

This is the best place to take your dog for a wash. Everything is provided from soap to towels... even a wash rag for their face. All of the employees are very helpful. I have a dog that is a very picky eater. They helped me find a bait to help entice him until we found a food he would just eat. For a local business competing against big name companies like Petsmart and Pet Co they have a great selection of foods and the hard to find items for pet care. A great asset to the community.

Not what it used to be if you need a dog wash. I have been here previously in the past to wash my dogs and after this visit I will not be returning. First of all staff was not friendly. As for the dog washing area the shampoo and conditioner were very watery and they didn't supply basic things like a zoom groom or one of the earband protectors for the dogs ears when you are drying them (so it isn't so loud and scary). The quality of the dog wash and smell after the wash doesn't compare to that of Paws 2 Groom, plus they are more expensive and lacked customer service...we will not be returning here again.

Great resources for my cats and dogs and the staff is always helpful! I use the dog wash here regularly and they have everything I need! Only need need to bring the dog. Four Paws is the only place I shop for my cats and dogs!

Staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dog wash is super awesome and is used frequently. Pretty wide selection of natural and organic foods for Cats and Dogs as well as grooming supplies and a multitude of treats and training aides. Toys for Dogs and Cats are limited but that usually helps the humans make a selection easier. Their punch card programme is also a nice bonus for frequent shoppers. Overall, my Pup and I give it Four Paws Up

I have been using Four Paws & Co for 3 years and have always had good service. The Owners/employees are always ready to answer question you might have about your animals. They always welcome you to bring your pet in on a leash. I like their reward/card stamp system. It is nice when you get money off your order once your card is filled up. I say just an added bonus. They have a good selection of pet food. No, they do not sell pets but have many accessories you might need for your new family member or if you need to replace a dog bed or dog collar. They have a selection of items for cats too! I would suggest checking Four Paws out and say hello to the owners. See if it is the right place for you. I think so. Wood Woof!

After an underwhelming first visit (there was some miscommunication), I was very pleased with my second experience. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and the workers and owners are very friendly.

We love this business. The owners are thoughtful and caring and the raised dog-washing stations really save my back. We have been coming here since they opened and our dog has gone from trembling at the word bath to being excited and happy when we go there.

Great prices and friendly staff. Only downside for me is the hours are a little limited for my schedule.

The two times I've been there the people have treated me and my family rude while washing our dogs. I won't go back. There's other places out there for the same price that are a lot nicer to there customers.

Brought my puppy in here after visiting the vet. Very helpful people . Our pup isn't a big fan of alot of the treats we've tried, so training has become a bit harder . A lady in the store let us try some of the treats and we finally found some he likes ! Very happy with the service & reasonable prices . Will definitely be returning soon :) Also had nice cat stuff too !

AMAZING local pet store. Puts all other pet stores in Longmont to shame. Clean, well kept dog wash and well stocked shelves with some products you can't find anywhere else. Customer service is absolutely wonderful. We will be back.

I take both of my pups here at least once a month for a bath and I m always able to pick up treats, toys or food as well. Always clean and the baths are affordable. Love supporting small businesses.

Adopting a dog is intimidating. There is a lot to a dog s daily care and training. Four Paws assists in these decisions with knowledgeable caring staff. Retail selection is awesome and the DIY dog bath is great.

I enjoy bathing my dogs here. Easy to use for big dogs. Staff is nice. I had one rude encounter on my first visit. My dogs had gotten real dirty so had to bathe them. One of the staff rudely answered my questions as I asked about the baths. She seemed to be judging me and asked, "how cold is it outside".... I said idk,cold. Also my dogs aren't going to be outside so why does that matter.

My favorite dog supply store. They have plenty of selection and competitive prices, an excellent dog bath area thats super clean and always has open tubs. The staff are awesome at customer service - efficient and friendly at the same time, always available with great advice, always ask how my dogs are doing, will help people carry big products to their cars. They make it EASY to support local companies.
