Staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dog wash is super awesome and is used frequently. Pretty wide selection of natural and organic foods for Cats and Dogs as well as grooming supplies and a multitude of treats and training aides. Toys for Dogs and Cats are limited but that usually helps the humans make a selection easier. Their punch card programme is also a nice bonus for frequent shoppers. Overall, my Pup and I give it Four Paws Up
