I enjoy bathing my dogs here. Easy to use for big dogs. Staff is nice. I had one rude encounter on my first visit. My dogs had gotten real dirty so had to bathe them. One of the staff rudely answered my questions as I asked about the baths. She seemed to be judging me and asked, "how cold is it outside".... I said idk,cold. Also my dogs aren't going to be outside so why does that matter.
