This place is amazing! Someone told me about their self-serve dog wash here and I am so impressed after my first visit today. I have a really tall dog who has only ever been washed with the hose outside before. It's 30 degrees outside today though and he definitely smelled like he needed a bath, so I brought him over to try Four Paws out. Max was pretty nervous but the people were extremely nice and helpful. They even offered to wait and vacuum the big room after he was done so he would be a little more relaxed. (SO kind of them!) We used their shorter bathtub that he could hop up into because the taller ramps made him really nervous and I can't lift all 100lbs of him- I imagine having the option to use the shorter one is great for senior dogs too. You can use their shampoo and towels and the water is nice and warm. They also have vacuum blowers you can use to dry off your dog but that was a little too much for Max so we didn't- I saw lots of other happy dogs getting blow dried though :). What a wonderful, local pet shop- we will definitely be back.
