One star is too much for this company. If I could do zero it would certainly be zero this is the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I deal with several companies for my business and this has been the most ridiculous worst experience ever! A sales person here at this location...
Buyer beware.... the Cypress Home HOT & COLD TO GO SET is FALSE ADVERTISING... neither item... 16oz Insulated Cup or the 19oz. Glass Water Bottle can hold hot beverages... DON'T KNOW WHERE THE HOT TO GO SET IS...
Got a Solar Mobile Hummingbird. Works Awesome. Beautiful colors that change. Going to get the Butterfly ones when I get my next Social Security Check. We would Highly Recommend getting one.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced from a company.
After not receiving a product I order I was told to:
"Contact your credit card company and request a chargeback.
Contact your local Better Business Bureau in regards to your experience
Consult an attorney."
