Very informative people and great service! They were able to answer all of my questions about setting up for a wedding and the equipment needed to make it happen within my budget. Would definitely recommend them if you're looking into renting out professional audio equipment!

I've worked with EMI several times to get equipment for my church, and I've always had great customer service! I just brought in some equipment that needed to be repaired, and they were able to diagnose the problem right away and made sure I didn't rent anything I didn't need.

Talk about great service! Great prices! Bought something and ended up not needing it. They allowed me to return it within 7 days. Then I ended up renting a wireless lavaliere mic and it was less than 30 bucks for 5 days... Fraction of West Photo rentals. Highly recommend.
