I rented a property through Century 21 Hill and Viteri on 26th August 2017. Approx 6 weeks into my tenancy, the owner unfortunately had to place the property on the market. Sebastion Viteri came and explained to us our rights as a tenant with a lease in this situation and what to expect throughout the sale process. I appreciated his advice very much and was very reassured that himself and the agency would protect our rights and do the best by us while selling the property on behalf of the owner.
Rachel Peterson was the agent I dealt with throughout the sale process and she was amazing. She was very understanding and compassionate. I was very unwell for much of the process and she was amazing. She kept me informed of what was happening at all times, gave plenty of warning of open houses and private inspections and consulted me at all times. She truly felt like more of a friend than a real estate agent.

Perfect job by these guys. They sold my house in the first opening and man aged to get me extra $30k by negotiations with the buyer. Very helpful with organising things like swimming pool certificate or repairs. Not to mention, they made a great deal on commission and marketing. Highly recommended.

We recently have been looking for a place to rent. We met a number of Agents at open homes (Some who never turned up) and Leigh and Sally were by far the most helpful.
