I just picked up some equipment I'm renting. I was quoted the wrong price for some items when I called (which is of course something perhaps they should look into!), but when I mentioned my surprise, the person ringing me up immediately offered to redo the sale and only charge me for the prices I was quoted. Very good customer service. I was impressed.
