Generally very satisfied. Sometimes things go wrong administratively due to the size (and complexity) of the foundation. But they really do their best for the tenants and many things are well arranged (which you only find out when you rent somewhere else where that is not the case)

Low quality, poor customer service, constant problems with heating and hot water in their rooms. Once they get your money they don't care anymore. They treat students with very low respect. The pictures on the housing platform were not of the real room (which was way worse). Do not rent with DUWO.
