They are very helpful and truly heart felt on placing their animals. We had a small hickup with adoption and Ms. Valerie went over and above to help and make our family complete with another adoption. Do not get a pet from this rescue. Most rescues charge $10-40 adoption fee, and FREE for military. This one is $100+ and on a military base. My experience was very poor. First they agreed to my adoption. Then they said no. I cannot recommend. Unprofessional.
