I couldn't see my room until the day I move in because i was in my home country, but i trusted in the contract that says "the property is in good conditions". Well DON'T TRUST. It was an horrible experience: dust, sticky oil/food on the walls, mold, smell of pee in the bathroom, mouses poo and pee on the kitchen table.. HYGIENIC CONDITION LEVEL ZERO, only a group of young dutch students can accept it.
