DCTech provides good service. Their advertised internet speeds are what I got and they notify of any interruptions in service ahead of time. Speeds are stable most of the time although they fluctuate every now and then.
This comment goes to the incompetent sales people of your company. The internet service is pretty stable for the last 6 mos and your technical support are really good and fast in handling issues, BUT your sales people they are the worst , even when I applied and request for your service until now that im transferring to another location consistency is real, they said its a different person thats handling me but its worst than the former employee.
This place sent spam emails to my yahoo account to HACK into it ...my email account shared the IP address I HAD TO SET UP MORE SECURITY. OT TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY

No downtimes, they send text messages for expected intermittent connections, and the customer service is way better than other ISPs I ve dealt with before. Don't just let it go because first year is good, the connection drops after, customer service is useless because you can just say and wait in the field tech, it's better and just field tech cguro talk here There is no definite time when it 's good.
